Kimberly Rochelle Lock was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin, being the only child of her mother and dad’s union. When her parents separated at the age of 4, Kimberly was left to ponder why her dad did not desire to have a relationship with her. Kimberly’s dad was never present in any of her major accomplishments in life – from high school, college graduations, her wedding, nor has he met her children, although they live in the same city. Through trials, not having the answers to an estranged parental relationship, and other failed (silly) relationships, In 1998, Kimberly returned to her first love, Jesus Christ – which was a foundation established by her grandmother. This is just one of the many testimonies Kimberly has been able to utilize, helping other women cope with the emotions of an absence parent, particularly a father, and how that can affect any other relationship.
After graduating from high school at the age of 16, the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee welcomed Kim as a student to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems. Later, upon taking a year off, she completed her Master’s Degree in Telecommunications
at Keller Graduate School of Management in June 2002.
